Our Objective for Year 2008 and 2009

1) To made sure the transition period and hand over run smoothly from KIP, to Damansara MAS Apartment Management Corporation (DMAMC) and later to LandServe Property Management.

2) To audit and check the financial account when transfer over.

3) To improve the financial standing and sinking fund.

4) Try to reduce expenses.

5) Try to maintain existing maintaining fees or reducing it.

6) To improve maintenance fee collections.

7) To improve security measures on the building and entrance.

8) To improve living standard and quality tenants.

9) To improve landscaping and standardizing it.

10) To budget and allocate fund for building painting in the future.

11) To budget and allocate fund for part replacements on water and swimming pumps, lifts motors and etc. (Note: Life span of this equipments are expected to wear off in due course after 8 years and replacement cost is expected to be high).

To offset the increase of electricity and water hike (expected by 2009) on the common area would be:-
a) To increase the rental fees on shop lots.
b) To increase rental car parks.


Our Future Plan.
a) To allocate one empty shop lot for library cum game room for children.
b) To install CCTV on all corridor and lifts.
